Henry Sato Massaba is a highly dynamic Attorney with over two decades of experience, whose practice is focused on family and collaborative mediation, alongside a strong background in construction and commercial contracts. He is an accredited Mediator and Arbitrator with the Tanzania Institute of Arbitration and a member of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) and the National Construction Council of Tanzania.
His deep legal expertise is demonstrated by his tenure as Managing Partner at Lior Attorneys and Corporate Legal Counsel for Barrick Gold Inc., with his mediation skills further extending to restorative justice.
Mr. Massaba possesses significant expertise in commercial contracts and construction project management. He has participated in construction contract arbitration, including proceedings conducted by the National Construction Council, and has successfully negotiated major construction contracts, as well as serving as Legal Counsel/Project Coordinator for large-scale construction projects with the Wellworth Group.
